We do not accept refunds for change of mind.
We do accept exchange on purchases within 14 days. Please note that return postage is at the cost of the customer.
In the unfortunate event that you receive your item and it is not fit for purpose, you may be eligible for a faulty item return. If this does occur, you'll be required to send photo evidence of the issue to us directly at email@example.com. If the item is able to be deemed faulty by us from the evidence provided via email, you will need to return the item to us. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a full refund for the item. If photo evidence is unable to be provided via email for any reason, in order to evaluate the item we will need to have the item physically returned to us. If we find the item not to be faulty, all shipping costs will be at the cost of the consumer if they would like the item returned to them.
